Bloggers’ Masterclass with LBB

A few weeks ago I spent amazing afternoon at Grappa at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel. It was a Bloggers’ Masterclass organized by LBB and USA Apples. Its purpose was to present us food and cocktail recipes which included apples. The menu was curated by the extremely talented Gaurav Dhyani (mixologist), chef Sukanta Das (executive pastry chef) and chef Gagandeep Sawhney (executive sous chef). All of them are integral parts of Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel.

I can tell you that all desserts and drinks not only looked spectacular but also tasted incredible. The place is beautiful and peaceful so you can’t imagine a better option for a relaxing afternoon than at this place and with this food and drinks.

 Hopefully for us Chefs and the mixologist agreed to disclose the recipes so that we can (at least ) try to recreate these delicacies at home. You can find all of them in separate posts in the recipe section.
