Chef’s Secret: Pork Ribs with Mango Chutney

Hello everyone!

Today I want to present you my cooking adventure and its result from Open House. It’s something fast, easy and suuuuuuper delicious! With a special dedication for all the meat lovers!

Ingredients:

spare ribs

mango

chilli

pommegranate

few cabbage leaves

Marinate: soya sauce

liquid smoke

onion

garlic

celery

leek

Marinate the meat for at least 2 hours. Peel and cut the mango, chop the chilli and peel the pommegranate. Mix it all and leave for around 30 minutes so that the flavors can mix well. Cut the ribs to smaller pieces and place it on the cabbage leaves. Roast it in 220°C for 3-4 minutes. Turn on the other side and keep roasting for another 3 minutes. Serve with the mango chutney. Enjoy!
