USA Apple Crisp Cocktail

This cocktail was curated by a talented mixologist Gaurav Dhyani and is available at Grappa at Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel.

USA Apple Crisp Cocktail

Ingredients (serving 1 portion):

60 ml walnut infused Bourbon

10 ml white chocolate syrup

90 ml fresh USA apple juice

A dash of orange bitter

5 ml Absinthe

1 sugar cube

Method of preparation:

Put walnut infused Bourbon, white chocolate syrup and USA apple juice in a shaker and shake first without ice and then with ice. Pour in an Absinthe washed crystal rock glass and serve. Garnish with flamed sugar cube on a dehydrated USA apple slice.
